ClearCloud supports T Cards Direct to develop online platform
T Cards Direct manufactures visual planning boards to enable businesses run more efficiently. Ten years ago the company created a digital version, creating software to mimic the simplicity of the manual system. T Cards Online, which now has more than 1000 users per day, allows multiple users to have quick access to the information they need, wherever they are in the world.
To achieve its growth targets T Cards Direct decided it needed to move the online platform to a cloud-based solution. Philip Heine, partner at T Cards Direct, said: “Our philosophy has always been to provide a low-cost organisational system to help people run their businesses efficiently. Our platform is used within a wide range of businesses from small car dealerships to large factories.
“We wanted a solution that could provide the scalability we need in order to grow the business and provide the best possible platform for our clients.”
T Cards Direct was recommended to ClearCloud by UKFast. “We’d hosted with UKFast for ten years and had always been impressed by the level of service and support the team provided,” said Philip, “So when we decided to take the platform fully into the cloud it made sense that we switched to UKFast’s sister-company, ClearCloud.”

ClearCloud really stepped up and did all they could to remedy the issues. For me that is the sign of a good supplier; when times are tough they roll their sleeves up, crack on and get it sorted.
“ClearCloud have become an extension of our technical team. They fully understand our business and what we are trying to achieve.”
Since moving to ClearCloud, T Cards Direct has been able to focus on improving its online platform. Philip said: “We’ve been able to spin up a duplicate platform without any difficulty which enables us to put out a beta platform for our clients to test. Our clients have already noticed the benefits, which is fantastic.”
